Returns Policy

If you would like to make a claim relating to your order, we accept reasons of, shipping damage and/or wrong items sent and or faulty product (products).

Please contact HERCULES JACKSON PTY LTD T/AS G-FRESH within 24 hours. The reason for this is so if the goods have been damaged in transit we can make our claim in the required time frame set out by the transport company(s) concerned.

If you notify us outside of this period we will be unable to claim for the damage of your delivery. If goods are faulty they must be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery. After your claim, we will promptly redeliver your goods again at no charge or provide a refund as long as the items are returned in full at our expense.

If we find there is no problem with the items returned, i.e. no damage and/or correct items sent and are not faulty we will return the items to you at your shipping cost only.

Please understand there are no refunds on items which have been tampered with or if you have a change of mind or do not like the taste.
