Method
1Combine all ingredients (excluding chicken) in a medium-sized glass dish or large zip-lock plastic bag.
2Add chicken and turn to coat. Then, place in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour (ideally overnight).
3Preheat BBQ grill or chargrill pan on medium. Then, cook chicken thighs for approximately 3-4 minutes (each side) until chicken is cooked through. Then, remove from heat.
4Serve with garden salad, fresh lime and tzatziki.
