Cheesy Mediterranean Scones

1Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan forced).

2Sift the flour into a bowl, add in the Mediterranean Seasoning, feta cheese, half of the cheddar, chives, parsley, cream and lemonade, then mix with a knife until combined.

3Tip onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and pliable.

4Gently roll the mixture out with your hands to a 3-4cm thickness and cut out your desired scone size with a scone cutter or the like.

5Place them onto a lined baking tray, close together, then sprinkle remaining cheddar onto the scones.

6Bake for around 10-15 minutes.



3 cups self-raising flour

1 cup lemonade

1 cup thickened cream

3 tbsp G-Fresh Mediterranean Seasoning

¼ cup feta cheese (crumbled)

1 cup cheddar cheese (finely grated)

2 tbsp chives (finely chopped)

2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley (chopped finely)
