Tabouli Nachos

 1/3C burghul or cracked wheat
 2 large tomatoes (finely chopped)
 1/4C lemon juice
 4C chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
 1t G-Fresh Mint Leaves
 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
 1/4C olive oil
 Pinch of G-Fresh Chillies (Crushed)
 Corn Chips
 Tomato salsa

Place burghul, tomato and lemon juice in a bowl.

Stand covered for 30 minutes or until burghul has softened.

Add parsley, G-Fresh Mint Leaves, onion, G-Fresh Chillies and oil to burghul mixture. Stir to combine.

Serve with corn chips and salsa.
