Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan forced).
Sift the flour into a bowl, add in the Mediterranean Seasoning, feta cheese, half of the cheddar, chives, parsley, cream and lemonade, then mix with a knife until combined.
Tip onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and pliable.
Gently roll the mixture out with your hands to a 3-4cm thickness and cut out your desired scone size with a scone cutter or the like.
Place them onto a lined baking tray, close together, then sprinkle remaining cheddar onto the scones.
Bake for around 10-15 minutes.
