GFresh products: Oregano Leaves 25g
Dill Tops 25g
Mint Leaves 25g
Rosemary Leaves 50g
Parsley Flakes 20g

 
Ingredients: 1 large cos lettuce 4 vine tomatoes sliced into wedges 1 red onion thinly sliced 1 cucumber sliced ½ cup kalamata olives 200g Fetta cheese (Greek\Bulgarian) Dressing: ½ cup olive oil ¼ cup red wine vinegar 1 tsp GFresh Oregano Leaves 1 tbsp GFresh Dill Tops ½ tsp GFresh Mint Leaves ½ tsp GFresh Rosemary Leaves ½ tsp GFresh Parsley Flakes Salt & Pepper to taste
 
Method:
Dressing
Combine all ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well.

Salad
Wash lettuce leaves and drain well. Tear into bite size pieces. Place in a large serving bowl, topped with tomato, onion, cucumber and olives. Arrange cheese over salad mixture in bowl then
drizzle with dressing.
