Place chicken in a bowl and sprinkle with GFresh Thai Seasoning.
In a separate bowl, add capsicum, shallots, GFresh Coriander Leaves, GFresh Garlic Paste and a squirt of fresh lemon juice.
Heat in a large non-stick frying pan. Add oil, seasoned chicken and cook for seven minutes turning chicken.
To serve: Spoon a small amount of chicken and dressing in the
centre of the wrap and roll to enclose filling. Cut in half and serve.
